What patients ask before their first visit.

We offer telehealth weight loss with semaglutide and tirzepatide, women's hormone therapy, sick visits (telehealth urgent care), primary care and chronic management, and women's health visits. Everything is handled by video visit with a licensed nurse practitioner. Medication ships directly to your door, or prescriptions go to your local pharmacy depending on the service.
No. We are based in Dallas, but because care is delivered by video visit, you can enroll from anywhere in Texas. You do need to be physically located in Texas at the time of your visit, since our clinicians are licensed to care for patients in this state.
For subscription services like weight loss and hormone therapy, your medication is prepared by a licensed pharmacy and shipped directly to your door. Shipping is billed at checkout and appears on each refill. For sick visits, primary care, and women's health, prescriptions are sent to your local pharmacy, often through your insurance, so there is no shipping.
Yes. For visit-based care, primary care, sick visits, and women's health, we bill major Texas insurance plans, including Baylor Scott & White, and self-pay is always available. Weight loss and hormone therapy are membership-style subscriptions billed directly, not through insurance. Labs are billed separately and can often run through your insurance.
We ask for at least twenty-four hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $50 fee. Things come up, we understand, just give us as much notice as you can.
Semaglutide and tirzepatide as molecules are FDA-approved. We dispense compounded versions of these medications, which are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies under physician oversight. Compounded medications are not approved by the FDA as finished pharmaceutical products. Our care team will review the differences with you at your free initial video consult so you can make an informed decision.
