Three things worth knowing.
You must be in Texas
Because care is by video, you can be anywhere in Texas, but you do need to be physically located in the state at the time of your visit. Our clinicians are licensed to care for Texas patients.
Cancellations need 24 hours
We ask for at least twenty-four hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $50 fee. Things come up, we understand, just give us as much notice as you can.
Insurance & self-pay
For visit-based care, primary care, sick visits, and women's health, we bill major Texas insurance plans, including Baylor Scott & White, and self-pay is always available. Weight loss and hormone therapy are membership subscriptions billed directly. Labs are billed separately.
